Since your data could circulate on an open network, there is a risk that it might be seen or utilized by non-authorized third parties.MTEX only accepts registration from users that are at least 16 years old. MTEX's communication channels are not directed toward underage users.

The recipients or categories of recipients of your Personal Data, depending on the contact tool you use, are the Marketing and Communication departments, Call Center, Pre-Sales and Commercial and Technical Support departments.

The Personal Data is required to execute a contract of which the User is a part of for the fulfilment of the legal obligations to which the Person Responsible for Treatment is subject, and those that are necessary for the effect of the legitimate interests pursued by MTEX are not included in the previous point. Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, the Personal Data shall be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes to which they were collected or further processed, after which they shall be deleted or, if it is in the interest of MTEX, processed for statistical purposes, anonymized, making sure it won't be possible to identify the Data's owner. Consent is required for further processing of Personal Data for a purpose other than that for which the data has been collected; before such processing, the Controller shall provide the Data Subject with information about that purpose and any additional relevant information.
